Careers

At the Families and Workers Fund, we believe that economic security and opportunity should be within reach for every family and worker. Our fully remote team moves funding, coordinates cross-sector partners, and shares what we learn to drive systemic change. We’re looking for collaborative, mission-driven people who want to do meaningful work with a high-trust team.

We’re currently hiring for two roles, and we’d love to hear from you.

Operations Manager: The Families and Workers Fund (FWF) seeks an Operations Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities include strategic ownership of operating procedures and grant lifecycles, implementing and maintaining up-to-date accounting and financial softwares, management of contracts and honoraria, and coordination of internal and external events. This individual will be collaborative and proactive, with a desire to design and implement processes in support of FWF’s strategic priorities and fundraising goals.

Program Fellow: The Families and Workers Fund (FWF) is seeking a Program Fellow to join our team for a fixed, two-year term. The Program Fellow will support the Recover Up Portfolio, which aims to increase economic opportunity and mobility. The Program Fellow will support grantmaking, lead project management, and contribute to program strategy and learning, working closely with the Managing Director who leads the Portfolio.
